Hi, I’m Kimberly.
I help women break unhealthy habits and patterns—so they can feel good, confident, and energized… and live without shame and guilt when it comes to food and eating.
If you’ve been feeling like you’re in an uphill battle to feel good—and you can’t quite figure out how to do it—this is for you.
Inside my work, you’ll get structure, support, and a real container—so you’re not doing this alone.
This is what I’m here to help you with.
You’ll feel supported and held (not judged).
You’ll build habits that help you feel good, confident, and energized.
You’ll shift your relationship with food—without shame and guilt.
The women I work with are often the ones holding everything.
A lot of women I work with feel alone in this—and they’re carrying shame and insecurities around their body, food, and how they “should” look. For many, it’s generational. It’s society. And it’s the way so many women lose themselves after getting married and having children—then look up and realize they don’t feel like themselves anymore.
You’re juggling a lot—and your health keeps getting pushed down the list.
You want to feel clear again (good energy, less brain fog).
You want support that feels real—not performative.
I started taking control of my own health and well-being after losing people I loved. My father died of a heart attack when I was 20 years old.
At 24, one of my best friends was going through cancer treatments. She started researching the impact of food on her health and decided to try a macrobiotic diet. I did it along with her so she wouldn’t feel alone in her journey. That time changed how I saw food. I started to realize how powerful it is, and the impact it has on your health, your energy, your brain—everything. I started to really see food as medicine.
Why I do this
The more I learned, the more I wanted to share it—and bring women together in a circle. I joined a women’s circle years ago and felt the energy of women coming together. That connection is powerful and magical—and I learned that I’m a really good space holder. I can create a container where women feel safe enough to be real, vulnerable, and connected.
Today, my circles are virtual, and women join from all over the world.
About Kimberly
Kimberly believes true transformation doesn’t come from stricter rules or starting over—it comes from learning how to clear what no longer serves you and return to yourself.
As a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach and Feng Shui decluttering consultant, Kimberly helps women 40+ reduce inflammation, release food guilt, and rebuild a peaceful, trusting relationship with food and their bodies—without restrictive diets, punishment, or perfection.
Her work is grounded in a simple philosophy: when we declutter the body, the mind, and the environment, we create space for healing and meaningful change.
Kimberly supports women through her signature 21-Day Detox Circle, an ongoing membership community, and private 1:1 coaching for those seeking deeper transformation. Through anti-inflammatory nourishment, intuitive eating, and simple routines that fit real life, women step out of the exhausting cycle of “starting over” and begin creating rhythms they can actually sustain.
With a background in psychology, school counseling, and mindfulness, Kimberly creates a grounded, supportive container where women feel seen, supported, and able to follow through. Her circle-style approach fosters connection, accountability, and the kind of support that makes lasting change possible.
Many women come to Kimberly feeling tired, foggy, inflamed, and stuck after years of trying to “do everything right.” Together, they begin clearing the layers that have been weighing them down—physically, emotionally, and energetically—creating space for calmer cravings, deeper sleep, clearer energy, and something even more powerful:
A renewed sense of trust in themselves.
Because the goal isn’t perfection.
It’s learning how to clear space for the life—and the version of yourself—that has been there all along.
A reset you don’t have to do alone.
My work is a blend of nourishment, habit change, and community. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s helping you feel good in your life again, consistently.
This is for you if…
-

You’re the one everyone relies on—and you’re tired.
-

You keep saying “I’ll start Monday.”
-

You feel inflamed, puffy, sluggish, or foggy.
-

You want a reset that fits your actual life.
-

You want to feel better in your clothes and in photos.
-

You want support that feels real—not pressure.
-

You want to be consistent without obsessing.
-

You’re ready to prioritize yourself again.
I hold an undergraduate degree in Education and a master’s in Psychology from NYU, and I completed the Holistic Health Coaching program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2011. I’ve also earned certifications in mindfulness and am a trained Feng Shui decluttering consultant, bringing both evidence-based and practical tools to my work.
My career has been dedicated to supporting real people in real life. I’ve served as a school counselor and mindfulness director in NYC public schools, creating programs that help students and teachers cultivate balance, resilience, and wellbeing. Earlier in my career, I brought wellness into public schools through workshops for moms—many navigating life on welfare or food stamps—crafting community-centered experiences that made health, self-care, and organized living feel accessible, supportive, and doable.
My background.
If you’re ready to feel supported and held, you’re in the right place.
You don’t have to keep doing this as an uphill battle. If you want support, structure, and a circle that helps you follow through, I’d love to talk.
